Director of Communications

The Center for Public Justice (CPJ) is seeking a full-time, in-person Director of Communications to lead CPJ’s communication team and advance the organization’s strategic communications plan. This position is responsible for both strategic leadership and tactical execution, with a focus on elevating CPJ’s brand and developing innovative ways to share the organization’s vision and work.

The Director of Communications will also work collaboratively to advance and execute the communications goals of CPJ’s programs in alignment with the organization’s overall growth goals.

Annual Fund Associate

The Center for Public Justice (CPJ) is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Annual Fund Associate to support our growing annual giving program. This role offers hands-on experience in donor communications, data management, grant support, and fundraising, making it an ideal opportunity for someone early in their development career to grow skills while advancing CPJ’s mission.

Director of Global Health & Civic Engagement 

The Center for Public Justice (CPJ) is seeking a Director of Global Health & Civic Engagement to lead the design and implementation of a national initiative that advances public understanding of U.S. global health and development priorities. Through strategically coordinated convenings, institutional partnerships, regional communications efforts, and advocacy training, the Director will equip emerging civic leaders to elevate values-based narratives that reflect the dignity and well-being of families and communities around the world.

The Center for Public Justice is a nonpartisan, Christian civic education and public policy research organization. Our mission is to equip citizens, develop leaders, and shape policy in pursuit of our purpose to serve God, advance justice, and transform public life.

Upon submission of the required application materials, qualified candidates will be asked to review CPJ’s Theological Basis and Standards of Conduct. Prior to setting up an interview, qualified candidates will be asked to affirm that they will uphold these standards if they are selected for the position.

Salaries and Benefits

Salaries are based on  experience and skill, relative to salary benchmark data. The Center for Public Justice is a family-supportive employer.  As such, CPJ offers a generous benefits package including 100% paid health and dental insurance premiums for employees; 16 paid holidays; 2 weeks of paid leave which increases after the first year of employment, paid family medical leave and a flat/non-matching employer contribution to a 403(b) retirement plan.

CPJ’s team members are eligible for two weekly telework days (Mondays and Fridays). Information regarding the specific details of each of CPJ’s employee benefits are in the Employee Handbook, which provides the authoritative information regarding each program.
