Pablo Juárez

Dr. Pablo Juárez is one of the pastors at FBC Kaufman and leads its Spanish-language ministry. He is a Christian coach, certified by Coach Approach Ministries and the International Coaching Federation, and the founder of LiderPlus, a non-profit organization that primarily provides leadership training for Spanish-speaking audiences, as well as professional coaching, bilingual pastoral consultation, and professional counseling services to churches and communities.

He began his pastoral ministry at the age of 33 and has served as a church planter and pastor for 30 years across North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. His experience in higher education includes serving as Dean of Students and Professor of New Testament at the Baptist University of the Americas in San Antonio, Texas. He has also served as Associate Dean of Graduate Studies, Strategist for International Recruitment Initiatives, and Adjunct Professor at Dallas Baptist University.

Dr. Juárez immigrated to the United States from Nicaragua in 1994, fleeing war and seeking better opportunities for himself and his family. He holds a bachelor’s degree in religion, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from Campbell University Divinity School (North Carolina). Additionally, he holds an MBA in International Business and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Dallas Baptist University.

He has been recognized by the General Baptist Convention of Texas, the Hispanic Baptist Convention of Texas, the City of Terrell, the Kaufman Independent School District, and the Hispanic community of Kaufman County (Comunidad Unida) for his service to Hispanic pastors and the broader Hispanic community.
