Congress has an opportunity to guarantee pregnancy accommodations to more women by passing the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), a bill with bipartisan support. The PWFA would make it easier for pregnant women to ask for reasonable accommodations at work and clarify standards for employers. The PWFA is a common-sense, bipartisan measure.
